GEO agency for businesses
Ranking on Google is no longer enough. More and more customers ask an AI before they search, and the answer they get decides whether they find you — or don't even know you exist.
We're a GEO agency based in Barcelona. We work to make your company appear and get cited when someone asks about your industry on ChatGPT, Gemini, AI Overviews, Perplexity or Copilot. The starting point is an AI visibility audit: €1,000 + VAT, delivered in 7 calendar days, with the real state of your brand across all five engines and a prioritized action plan. Then we implement. We meet clients in person in Barcelona by appointment and work remotely with companies across Spain.
Operational definition
What a GEO agency does
GEO stands for Generative Engine Optimization: the work of making an AI answer engine find, understand and cite your brand when someone asks it about your industry. For the long explanation, see what GEO is. Here's what we actually do.
Entity and brand consistency.
A model doesn't have an ordered index like Google: it reconstructs what it knows about you from many different sources. If your company shows up with three incompatible descriptions, two addresses and an outdated catalog, the model settles on whichever version convinces it most — and that isn't always yours. We work to make sure there's one coherent version of who you are, what you do and who you serve, and that it's the version that repeats everywhere your brand appears.
Citable content.
A generative engine doesn't link to pages: it extracts fragments and reuses them. Content that gets cited has specific traits: it answers the question in the first lines, is specific, includes original data, and doesn't force a reader through a thousand words to reach the point. We rewrite and structure your content so it can be extracted without losing meaning.
Structured data.
Semantic markup doesn't guarantee anything, but it removes ambiguity. When you explicitly declare what you are, where you're based, what services you offer and who's behind your content, you leave less room for an automated system to get it wrong.
AI crawler access.
AI companies crawl with their own bots, under their own rules. Many websites block them without realizing it, or serve content in a way those bots can't parse. We check exactly what each crawler sees when it reaches your site, and fix it when it isn't seeing what it should.
External sources and mentions.
Much of what a model says about your category doesn't come from your website: it comes from media, directories, forums, comparison sites and industry documentation. We identify which sources the engine is drawing on to talk about what you sell, and work to get your brand present in them.
Measurement.
What isn't measured can't be fixed. How we measure it is explained further down, without promises we can't back up.
Starting point
The AI visibility audit
Before touching anything, you need to know what AI engines say about you today. Not what your website says — what the model says when a customer asks about what you sell and you're not in the room.
The audit answers three questions: whether you show up, what's said about you when you do, and who the model is citing instead of you when you don't.
What we analyze
- 40 real queries from your industry, built around how your customer actually asks, not your keywords.
- Five engines: ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity and Copilot.
- Five competitors, to find out whether the problem is yours or the whole category's.
- Your website's technical side: whether AI crawlers can access your content, whether they can parse it, and what they find when they arrive.
- Your footprint beyond your website: which sources the model is using to talk about your industry, and whether your brand is in any of them.
What you get
A report on your visibility status engine by engine, the literal answers they give today about your category, a comparison against your competitors, the technical issues keeping you out, and an action plan ordered by impact and effort. Plus a one-hour session to go through it together.
Terms
€1,000 + VAT. Fixed scope, delivered in 7 calendar days from acceptance. No minimum commitment and no obligation afterward: the audit is a piece of work that ends.
This isn't a month of service. It's the diagnosis that tells you whether there's anything to do, what to do, and in what order. You can execute it with your own team, your agency, or with us.
On day eight you'll know: which queries in your industry you show up in and which you don't, what the AI says about your brand, who it's recommending instead of you, and what to fix first.
If you also need ongoing organic work on Google, that's our monthly SEO service.
Honest measurement
What can actually be measured in AI engines
There are no rankings in GEO. An AI engine doesn't return an ordered list of ten results: it generates a different answer each time, from sources that keep changing. Measuring "what position you're in" means nothing. Here are the five things you can actually measure.
Presence per query.
For a defined set of questions, in how many does your brand show up and in how many doesn't it. It's the base metric: without presence, nothing else applies.
Share of voice.
Of all the brands the engine mentions when answering about your category, what share you represent. It tells you whether the problem is that they don't know you, or that they know a competitor better.
Cited sources.
Which specific pages the engine uses to build its answer. It's the most actionable metric of all: if the model cites three directories and two industry outlets you're not in, you know exactly where to work.
Accuracy.
Whether what the engine says about you is correct. Services you don't offer, old locations, outdated data, mix-ups with similarly named companies. An error repeated across five engines usually traces back to a single source you can fix.
Crawler access.
Whether AI companies' bots can reach your content, render it and parse it. It's the least glamorous check, and the one that most often explains a total absence.
What this measurement isn't
A sample, not a census. The same question can return different answers at two different moments, and the result depends on the asker's history and location. That's why we measure against a fixed set of queries, under comparable, repeatable conditions over time. It's useful for tracking progress and spotting concrete problems. It's not useful for promising you'll show up in ChatGPT — and be wary of anyone who guarantees that.
Location
A GEO agency in Barcelona
We're based in Horta-Guinardó and meet clients in person by appointment. If you'd rather sit down and go through the report at a table instead of on a video call, that's an option.
Working from Barcelona has two practical consequences for our local clients. The first is language: we measure in both Spanish and Catalan, because they don't return the same results, and a brand can be invisible in one language and present in the other. The second is local-intent queries. When someone asks an assistant for a provider "in Barcelona," the model draws on different sources than it would for a national search: local directories, local press, business listings. That work is specific, and we handle it separately.
Everything else we do remotely, for companies across Spain. GEO doesn't require proximity; we offer it because for some clients it changes the relationship.
If what you're after is local organic ranking on Google for a Barcelona business, we have a dedicated page for our in-person service in Horta-Guinardó.
Project profile
Who we work with, and who we don't
A good fit if:
- You sell something a customer might ask an AI about before deciding: a professional service, a technical product, a B2B solution, a considered purchase.
- You have a website with real content and a technical foundation that works.
- You already invest in SEO, or have in the past, and you've noticed traffic behaving differently since AI-generated answers appeared.
- Your brand has some footprint beyond your own website: clients, mentions, industry presence, case studies.
Not a good fit if:
- Your website isn't indexed, is slow, or has no content. That's technical SEO you need first, not GEO.
- Your brand doesn't exist outside your own domain. Without external sources talking about you, a model has nowhere to pull you from, and that groundwork takes months.
- You expect movement within weeks. There won't be any.
- You want a guarantee of showing up in ChatGPT. It doesn't exist — not ours, not anyone's.

Who does the work
Strategy is led by Albert Juera, an SEO specialist since 2017. We don't outsource the diagnosis: the person who analyzes your visibility is the same one who presents you the report and answers when you ask why an action is ranked first in the plan and not fifth.

Interrogation
Frequently asked questions about GEO
Can you rank on ChatGPT?
Not in the sense of "being number one." There's no ranking, no positions. What you can do is increase the odds that the model finds you, understands you and cites you when it answers about your category. Anyone who promises you a ranking is selling you something that doesn't exist.
Does GEO replace SEO?
No. They share much of the groundwork: well-made content, an accessible website, real authority. Many AI engines also lean on search results to build their answers, so letting SEO slip usually hurts AI visibility too. GEO adds specific work on top — it doesn't replace it.
How long until it shows results?
It depends on what the audit finds. A crawler block or a badly declared piece of data can be fixed in days and shift quickly. Building presence in external sources when your brand is barely mentioned takes months. The report tells you which of the two situations you're in.
What if I don't show up in any engine?
That's a common result, and it's not a failure of the audit — it's the starting point. What matters is why. If it's a technical access issue, it can be fixed. If it's that nothing published talks about you, there's groundwork ahead.
Should I let AI bots crawl my site?
That's a business decision, not a technical one. If you want visibility in these engines, they need to be able to read you. If your content is your product and you don't want it reused, blocking them is legitimate. We explain what each option means and you decide.
Does the llms.txt file work?
It's a community proposal, not a standard adopted by AI companies, and there's currently no public evidence any of them use it to decide what to cite. Adding it doesn't hurt; counting on it to fix your visibility does.
Do you work in Catalan?
Yes. We measure and work in both Spanish and Catalan, and the results don't match.
What exactly do I get on delivery day?
The full report, the literal answers engines give today about your category, a comparison against five competitors, the technical diagnosis and a prioritized action plan. Plus a one-hour session to go through it. It's yours, whoever ends up executing it.
